At the beginning of the month Crossroads founder Lisa Simpson hosted her annual holiday giving event fundraiser, “Voodoo on the Bosque Bayou”. Community members who made donations received authentic New Orleans style takeout dinners courtesy of Lisa and her family.
Together, contributors donated $8,805 to help provide holidays meals and gifts for Crossroads families!
Lisa and her friends’ continued support each year helps make the holiday season bright for the entire Crossroads community. Special thanks also goes out to our fundraising committee volunteers for helping with the event and The Kitchen at Palmer’s for providing their space to prepare and distribute the meals.
