Third Annual Tea Party Fundraiser Draws Large Crowd

Over 50 people attended the Third Annual Crossroads for Women Tea Party Fundraiser in June! Together they raised over $2,400 to support Crossroads for Women programs.

Special thanks goes to New Mexico Tea Company and Flirting with Frosting for sponsoring the event for the third year in a row.

David and Diane Edwards, Co-Founders of New Mexico Tea Company, were presented with a special friendship award to honor their ongoing support of Crossroads for Women.

Crossroads Fundraising Committee member Leah Tiemann provided all of the catering for the tea party through her business, Flirting with Frosting. Leah has been a dedicated champion of the tea party fundraiser since coming up with the idea three years ago.

Local businesses and individuals supported the tea party by donating door prizes and silent auction items. Local artist Chris Nolan donated his time playing classical guitar music. This event would not have been possible without the help of the Crossroads Fundraising Committee and numerous volunteers. Thank you for supporting Crossroads for Women!
