Capital campaign feasibility studies completed in April and May

One major component of Crossroads Village is a wing which, in the future, will hold the staff and clients from our therapeutic community, Maya’s Place. The south wing makes up nearly half of the 30,000 feet purchased, but unlike the north wing currently occupied by staff, it is in severe disrepair and requires major renovations.

To assist in our capital campaign strategy, we have enlisted the help of Lynn Trojahn from Thrive Consulting. The success of this campaign will strengthen our organization and directly increase the number of clients we can serve as well as the support provided.

In April and May, Lynn facilitated a total of four virtual feasibility study gatherings hosted by our board members. Over 30 community members from Albuquerque and beyond attended the one-hour meetings. Discussion was focused on determining our capital needs and identifying individuals, companies, and other resources who could make a difference in supporting our initiative to build Crossroads Village.

With the input of our friends and partners, we are building a strategy to fully complete the Crossroads Village vision and help support the women of Albuquerque in recovery. Stay tuned for more Crossroads Village capital campaign updates!
